Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine, offering a lovely view of the Nile and the local mosque. The location was excellent, right in Cairo's nicest neighborhood, with plenty of dining and shopping options. The service was exceptional, especially in helping me stay longer and offering support. However, the dining experience was a bit repetitive with some menu items. Overall, a good value for money option with fantastic service and a prime location.
Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious with good internet, comfy beds, and a nice view of the city. However, some areas needed additional cleaning and maintenance. The location was convenient, just 10 minutes away from the Nile river, although not as pictured. The service was exceptional, especially from Ahmed at the front desk who made our stay memorable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was peaceful in Zamalek with nice options around, but the room had a lingering cigarette smoke smell and seemed like it was not well-maintained. The service was friendly and accommodating, while the dining was lacking variety and quality. Overall, a decent place but with some drawbacks.
